Brief introduction: 

   CK-PN201 halogen free intumescent polyolefin special flame retardant is made by compound and special treatment of CK-APP101 high degree of polymerization ammonium polyphosphate. It is a high efficiency polyolefin special flame retardant of phosphor and nitrogen system. It does not have halogen with well solubility with polyolefin, well processability, small mechanical property impact, excellent electrical property and anti-precipitation, especially fit for the flame retardant of PP , PE , EVA, etc. it also can be used in TPE、EPDM、EPR、SEBS, with well retardant effectiveness.

Application suggestion: 

Application:It is used in thermoplastic material. Adding (25±3%)in PP material; adding ( 33±3%)in PE material;adding ( 22±3%)in EVA and silicon rubber; It can reach the 0.8mm UL94-V 0 standard with the oxygen index above (LOI) 32, and resist the 168h/70οC anti- precipitation water resistant test.
